​Part 1 - "Changing the Face of Death."
Facilitated by Nand Szabo, Expressive Arts Therapist, Death Doula, co-founder of Full Circle of Living & Dying

 What if we approached our death as a crowning triumph of an individually lived life rather then a dreaded failure of our life?  That instead of the Grimm Reaper’s dark scary mug you had the light of your own fearless positive image of death and dying.
 
This workshop offers a creative forum to help transform your date with death into a choice honored, conscious, expected and ritualized departure while honoring this one glorious life.

Activities

Using a series of thoughtful ponderings and the tools of the Expressive Art Therapies to rename and envision we will collage life and death together. 
 
You will leave with your personal death affirmations, visualizations and a collaged cremation container for you to use as a repository to hold your bucket list for this life or eventually for your own cremains.
 
Either way it may serve as a positive reminder that dying is something we human beings do continuously, that it could happen at any moment and the more informed we are about death the more informed we will be about our life decisions.​
