Over 20 guests gathered for this workshop. We explored ways of designing your own memorial service in order to make your wishes known to friends and family. This process eases the guesswork many families face in planning a funeral for a loved one who has left no directive or stated wishes.

Discussion of options. Sharing your choices for rituals and ceremony provides guidance and comfort to loved ones. Did you know you may lie in honor in your own home after death? It is important to leave detailed instructions for your own reception complete with chosen foods, music, poetry, and more. Make it fun/humorous/thoughful and a reflection of your personality.
