Course content: 2 Hr. Experiential Workshop —Participant will: 

• Learn more about their own grief needs
• Experience several grief rituals to discover which rituals fit their grieving style
• learn how to continue ritual practice after workshop
• Leave with a personal grief ritual plan.

• Variety of Rituals practiced throughout workshop

About Judy Lay: She is a volunteer for Full Circle Living and Dying, Death Doula, Hospice Bereavement and Dying Vigil volunteer for 15 years with Foothills Compassionate Care, and Minister of Walking Prayer. 

She is excited to show others how creating small daily rituals can really be a life-sustaining resource for those in the River of Grief.
