Virtual Event: Death Conversations -
​ Breaking the Silence

Full Circle of Living and Dying
Nevada County’s local end of life non-profit 501(c)(3) organization is honored to present a Death Conversation to shift our cultural tendency from being death-phobic toward embracing death as a meaningful life transition.

These sessions will meet each 3rd Thursday of the month at 1:00 pm PST, for an open conversation. We will gather on zoom and reflect on a question or two about death in a safe and supportive zoom call guided by Living Room Conversations agreements and format. Facilitated by end-of-life doulas. Come to one session or every month!

This is not a grief group or therapy session.
 
Our conversation will explore how our personal experiences with death might      support our acceptance or denial of death. 
  • What was your first experience with death?
  • What images and ideas arise when you think of dying and death?
  • What practice, be it mythology, spiritual or religious helps guide your     understanding of dying, death and post-death?
  • Has your perception of life and your priorities changed at all as a result of a death or major loss in life?
